Interaction UX Designer

Job Description

Your primary mission will be to understand our business needs and product requirements and transform that understanding into user-focused and intuitive products, interfaces, platforms for mobile and web.

Responsibilities

Since you will be working closely with product managers, marketers, designers, strategists, analysts and other key stakeholders, you must be a team player. Your tasks will include the creation of experience maps, user scenarios, mockups and flows.

Other tasks will include:

  • Collaborating and communicating professionally with clients and internal teams.
  • Validating ideas and designs using varied research methods and product performance.
  • Measuring recently released product features to establish benchmarks and to identify potential areas of improvement.
  • Designing user-experiences from low-fidelity sketches to hi-fidelity pixel perfect mockups, as needed.
  • Staying abreast of UX trends and looking for creative ideas and inspiration in parallel analogous worlds.
  • Creating rapid prototypes to validate design concepts with stakeholders and customers.
  • Highly detailed communication of design principles + direction, as well as design specifications to engineers

Requirements

  • Experience with native iOS, Android, and progressive/responsive web apps and frameworks that incorporate strong grid principles, such as Bootstrap.
  • Strong work portfolio that demonstrates systematic and creative design thinking as well as a deep understanding of UX best practices.
  • Strong ability to recognize and predict use cases and user interaction, including happy path as well as edge and corner cases, and incorporate them into designs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (the ability to effectively sell an idea).
  • Deep understanding of information design / architecture, gestalt principles, and user psychology.
  • Ability to manage time wisely across projects and competing priorities, meet agreed upon deadlines, and be accountable for work.
  • Proficiency in graphic design, motion graphics, digital art, sensitivity to typography, color, layout, and a general awareness of materials/textures.
  • Experience in working with a cross-functional team or large-scale software development lifecycle, including waterfall and agile methodologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in interaction design field.

Visual UX Designer

Job Description

In your role as a visual designer, your day-to-day tasks will consist of creating visually engaging, innovative and functional mobile and Web products.

One of the key aspects of your role is a thorough understanding of the right balance between business, design and our customers and serving our brand’s purpose, business missions and customer needs.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include areas of design such as typography, iconography, color, space and texture. You will use your knowledge, expertise and skills in all these fields to help our users successfully navigate and become comfortable with our products.

More responsibilities in detail:

  • Present the user-interface visually so that information is easy to read, easy to understand and easy to find.
  • Prepare work by gathering information and materials.
  • Generate clear ideas, concepts and designs of creative assets from beginning to end.
  • Work collaboratively with other designers to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception and user-experience.
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team that includes engineers, product managers in order to create simple, easy-to-use software.
  • Translate client business requirements, user needs, technical requirements into designs that are visually enticing, easy to use, and emotionally engaging.
  • Staying in the loop and on top of the latest standards, changes, trends in visual design field.
  • Interpreting storyboards to tell visual stories that support learning.

Requirements

  • The ability to refine other people’s ideas and come up with new ones to create a highly designed visual experience.
  • Well organized, responsible and dedicated, with the ability to work on multiple projects and deliver refined design in a short time.
  • Self-learning, able to learn new tools quickly and work in a fast evolving environment.
  • Proven ability delivering high quality designs to customers.
  • Proficient in Adobe CC- XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign and Sketch.
  • Proficient in InvisionApp, UXPin and other relevant design tools.

UX Researcher

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced UX Researcher to join our team. As a UX Researcher at our company, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and forming product improvements and features. In addition, you will be evaluating the usability and success of products.

Responsibilities

Since you will be working closely with product managers, marketers, designers, strategists, analysts and other key stakeholders, you must be a team player. Your tasks will include designing research studies, recruiting test participants, analyzing test results and providing product improvement recommendations.

Other tasks will include:

  • Collaborating and communicating professionally with clients and internal teams.
  • Work closely with marketing and product management teams to identify research topics
  • Recommend and design research studies, tools based product needs
  • Recruit research test participants
  • Conduct, moderate research studies
  • Analyze research test results and provide recommendations on product improvements
  • Advocate for users throughout end-to-end product design and development process

Requirements

  • Comfortable launching and iterating quickly and using data
  • In-depth understanding of UX design process
  • Experience with conducting user research
  • Experience with qualitative and user-centered design methodologies
  • Working knowledge of quantitative, behavioral analysis and statistics
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
